You have the right to request the deletion of your LingoWave account and all associated personal data at any time. Because account deletion is a permanent and irreversible action, we handle these requests manually to protect you from accidental data loss.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, send an email to our support team. We will process your request and permanently remove your account within 30 days.

Compose an email to contact@jinno.tech from the email address or phone number associated with your LingoWave account.

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

In the body, include your registered phone number or user ID so we can locate your account.

Our team will verify your identity and confirm the deletion via a reply email within a few business days.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your profile, messages, health records, and all other data will be erased and cannot be recovered.
